Flats in Bannerghatta Road for Sale


If you are Looking for Flats in the Prime Location, from where you can be able to reach your Work place, all Major areas in Bangalore,Reputed Hospitals Like Apollo hospitals & Fortis within a 15 minutes. Then there is a project in Bannerghatta Road.

In my opinion, property means it should posses three following Characteristics

a) If want, it should be able to Rented-out & earn Rental Income
b)On Worst on Worst cases it should be Saleable
c)Located within City Limits (not outside somewhere out of the city).

To meet all these above parameters Location of the plot matters the most.Above all, the Quality of the Apartment depends on the genuineness of the builder. Apartment rule says the number of floors that can be built is not more than Ground plus three floors & number of Flats should be below fifty. Whatever it is built above that is not legal & authorised. (not mentioning about big projects by gaint builders like Prestige/shoba etc, in which case specials approvals required from appropriate State authorities).

Moreover, 50% of the total area of Plot should be used for basic amenities & the entire building should be surrounded by enough space so that a Fire extinguishing vehicle can be able to move without any hurdle in case of fire risk.As mentioned above,the Quality of the Apartment depends on the genuineness of the builder so that the prospective buyer should be able to meet the builder personally & able to take the complete details about the materials used to construct the project & the history of the Previous profile & Projects already undertaken. I personally opine, the builder should be a Locallite by birth & the place of his residence should be close to the project undertaken.

To find out the right title any banks(apart from already tied up banks with the builder) should be able to offer the loan for buying flats.My client came up with a nice project with the following amenities near Bannerghatta road.

If right property in the right Location is identified at the reasonable cost, as a investment perspective also the present investment will turn to a worth while property in the near future.
